CLEANING:
Diligence in keeping areas sanitary is of the utmost importance. Staff members receive training on the proper cleaning methods and protocols for every area of our facility. Checklists are utilized for all cleaning and our management team enforces that standards are always met. We are leaving ample time between parties to disinfect and sanitize. All inflatables, floors, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. In our party rooms, all tables and benches are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each party or event.
SANITIZERS:
We ask that you sanitize your hands and the hands of your children immediately upon entering our lobby. Sanitizers are available throughout the building! Please use them frequently.
TEMPERATURE CHECKS
Taken upon entry. Adults must maintain a temperature of 100.4 or lower and children 100.0. It is a collective effort to keep our community healthy. We ask you to act responsibly. If you or your children present any symptoms that may put others at risk, please stay home. Jump Town USA reserves the right to ask customers to come back another time if we feel that overall safety is
compromised.
FACILITY CAPACITY
We will be operating on a 25% capacity as required by the state.
We have purchased a DISINFECTANT SPRAYER/FOGGER. This important tool will allow us to quickly and effectively sanitize all inflatables and surfaces throughout our building using EPA, COVID approved solutions that easily treat all high contact areas. Our staff has been trained to use the sprayer at intervals throughout the day, and between parties. All high contact touchpoints will be treated including bathrooms, sinks, seating, handles, and vending machines
We upgraded our filters for our HVAC to improve air quality
No outside food or drinks will be permitted
